Hello, everybody! How are you all doing? Did you take advantage of Sephora’s VIB sale this spring season? I had a $160 gift card so I thought I would use it during the sale. I had my eye on several items, but I dwindled it down to four. Let’s take a look at the products inside the box!
The package came with an envelope advertising the triple points perk coming up for Mother’s Day. Inside were information cards and samples of different perfumes. I also got three free samples with my order, but none of them were the samples I picked during checkout. I received a foundation sample from Clinique and two perfume samples as well. It’s not a big deal, but they aren’t samples I’m interested in trying out. Plus, I wanted to try out the Drunk Elephant product that I picked, but again, not a big deal.
Ah, the beauty within! I love unboxing packages! Don’t you?
I purchased four items and got a free birthday gift from Sephora. I picked up the Modern Renaissance palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills, the Hangover primer from Too Faced, the Blur Stick from Milk Makeup, and the Becca First Light Priming Filter. The birthday gift set contains two deluxe-sized products from Tarte: a lip paint and one of its famous Amazonian Clay blushes.
I noticed that the Hangover primer from Too Faced is priced a little interestingly. I purchased the travel size because it’s actually cheaper per ounce as compared to the full size. The travel size contains slightly more than half of the full size, but the interesting thing is that the travel size is priced at $15, whereas the full size is $32. You get slightly more product by buying two at the travel size for a lower price than buying one full size. Just a little tip if this is something you’re looking at!
Thanks for opening my Sephora package with me! Until next time,
