Huge Memebox Haul

Hi there!

Recently, I’ve been getting super into skincare. I was always one to do the bare minimum (you know; wash the face, put moisturizer if I remembered to, or rather, felt like); however, I’ve discovered some products that I love and have been interested in finding more that work for my skin.

One of the steps I skip most often is sun care. I hate that feeling of a grease film on my skin after I put on sunscreen (you know what I’m talking about). Even though many sunscreens claim to not leave that greasy feeling, a lot of them still do. Sunscreen application was my least favorite step, but now I have found a sunscreen that feels great and makes applying sunscreen one of the steps I look forward to. I kid you not, this stuff is great. The sunscreen I am referring to is the Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish SPF50+/PA+++.

I bought this at Memebox.com from a previous order, but this is the main thing that sparked my skincare obsession. It went out of stock a short while after I purchased this, but Memebox restocked it so it is currently available to purchase! If you’d like 20% off your purchase from Memebox, I’ll have an affiliate link down below towards the end of this post so that you can receive a discount if you choose to check out the site!

Memebox (pronounced me-me-box, not meme-box like the memes you see on the Internet) is a company that specializes in Korean beauty ranging from skincare, makeup, hair care, etc. Shipping is a flat rate of 7 dollars USD, but with a subtotal of 35 dollars or more, you are eligible for free shipping. Memebox ships out from San Francisco, CA so you don’t have to wait weeks to get your products as you might if you were to order from South Korea. Unfortunately, Memebox does not ship internationally at this point, but the company does ship within the United States, including Guam and Puerto Rico. Memebox does not ship out to APO or FPO addresses, however. I go back and forth between living in Elk Grove, CA and San Jose, CA so I typically get my products within five days or so. Also, this is a company that I trust for authentic Korean beauty products as it is common for Asian beauty products to be sold as authentic when in fact they are counterfeit. It is important to be wary about buying Asian beauty products online as many are counterfeits, and unless you have the real thing to compare it to, it’s hard to tell if something is indeed fake. So although other websites sell cheaper, I like to purchase from Memebox as I can be confident that whatever I am putting on my face is safe for use. Also, the return policy is great as they offer a 101 Days “Smile Guarantee.” You have up to 101 days to decide whether you’d like to keep the product or return it, and if you decide to return it, you get a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund! I have yet to return anything because so far, I love all the products I’ve ordered!

Anyways, sorry for the long intro. Let’s get into the haul!

The first thing that I saw when I opened the package was a Memebox. Memebox offers boxes that include multiple items at discounted rate. These aren’t subscription boxes as they are a one-time purchase. Usually these boxes are around $35 dollars for a box of full size products and less if you get deluxe sample sizes, but the total value of the boxes are at least double what you pay plus you get free shipping over $35! There are many boxes to choose from (most boxes show you what you’re purchasing beforehand, but Memebox does offer the occasional mystery box with the total value of the box shown of course), but I chose the Elizavecca Box, which was $40 with a total value of $104. If you’re familiar with the carbonated bubble clay mask that went trending a little while back, these products are from the same brand!

Underneath the box was the rest of my order. As you can see, the products were neatly packaged in bubble wrap to prevent any damage and also surrounded in that iconic Memebox pink color crinkle paper.

Here is what the Elizavecca Box looks like – your iconic Memebox pink, black, and white colors.

Inside, you get a card that describes the products inside and let’s you know the prices of the full sizes (in my case, I got a box of mostly full-sized products but it’s nice to know in case I end up loving a particular product and run out so that I know how much it will cost individually).

What a cute Memebox sticker!

Once you open up the tissue paper, you can see the products neatly placed inside the box and more of that cute pink crinkle paper.

In this box, I got five items. From top left to bottom right, the products are:

I’ll be listing the individual items in each picture underneath from top left to bottom right!

I wanted the green tea pack as well to get the complete set, but it was so popular that it sold out on Memebox! As I mentioned before, I didn’t want to risk getting a counterfeit product, so I decided to wait on the green tea pack. If I like the black tea and strawberry packs, I could always wait to buy it in South Korea as I am going there next summer. It would be cheaper to buy it in Korea too so that’s a plus!

I also ordered a couple extras other than skincare:

If you’re familiar with the peel off lip tints that the Internet went crazy about, the eyeliner is from the same brand – Berrisom. Of course, if you’ve heard about the peel off lip tints, you’ve probably heard about the peel off brow tints as well. A couple reviews I’ve seen online consisted of peeling the eyebrow tint the opposite way (the directions say to peel from tail to front) so I’m curious as to whether peeling from different ends makes a difference in the process and end result. I’m sure you’ve already seen may reviews on this, but if you’d like to see my take on it, let me know in the comments section below!

Well, there’s my huge haul from Memebox! As promised, I’ll include the 20% off discount code at the bottom. If you’ve tried any of these products, let me know what you think of them! If you’d like to see reviews on any of these products, please comment below! I hope this post gives you an idea of what to expect when ordering from Memebox. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Thanks for reading!
